Marjorie Lynn Meagher

Marjorie L. Meagher of Douglas, NB and formerly of Nackawic, NB passed away July 21, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital as the result of a bicycle accident. Marjorie was born on March 22, 1963 at Woodstock, NB, a daughter of Lillian (Ingersoll) and the late Leo Meagher.

She is survived by her mother Lillian; her siblings, Lorna Ford (Layton), Fredericton, NB, Claudia Morehouse (Meryl), Hainesville, NB, Mary Lou Hoekman, Burtts Corner, NB, Larry Meagher, Vancouver, BC, Phillip Meagher (Sherri), Fort McMurray, AB and Ruth Barry (Peter), Saint John, NB ; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to her father Leo Meagher on January 27, 1994, she was predeceased by three brothers, David on May 2, 1962, Douglas on February 18, 1981 and Andrew Meagher on August 1, 2009.

Visiting hours were held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 12 noon until 2 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ralph Irving officiating. A eulogy was delivered by her brother, Phillip Meagher. Music was provided by Pam Billings and Denise Hoyt. A reception was held at the funeral home, followed by interment at Prince William Cemetery.
