Jeffrey Steven Moorcroft

Jeffrey Steven Moorcroft of Pokiok, NB passed away at his home on April 28, 2023. Jeff was born at Woodstock, NB in 1962, a son of the late Arwood and Eleanor (Mabie) Moorcroft.

He was a hard working, kind hearted man who loved to help those in need when called upon. A man who loved to teach those who were aspiring to be mechanics. He never wanted a person to fail at any task despite any situation. Jeff always enjoyed being around those who could make him laugh. Always did his best to be there to spend time with his children and grandchildren who brought joy to his life. Jeff left this world for a better place leaving behind the memories of the good, bad and lessons of life to which we are very grateful for. In loving memory, may he rest in peace.

He is survived by his children, Andrew, Dustin (Roma), Jeffrey (Kayla), Carrie (Otis), Robyn, Angela and BJ; his grandchildren, Jayce, Clayton, Cedric, Avery and Kaysen; a brother, Donnie Moorcroft (Tina); a sister-in-law, Brenda Moorcroft; the mothers of his children, Ann and Pamela; aunts, Patty Mabie, Elaine Mabie, Myrtle Moorcroft and Eunice Clark; an uncle, Perley Moorcroft and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jeff was predeceased by a brother Billy and a nephew, Anthony.

Visiting hours were held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. when a funeral service will be held with Rev. Paul Legere officiating. Tanya Legere was pianist. Interment followed at Otis Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Brad Hatto, Vinal Hatto, Donnie Moorcroft, Dustin Moorcroft, Randy Moorcroft and Nathaniel Collings.
