Evan Stephen Goodridge Thurrott

Evan S. G. Thurrott of Keswick Ridge passed away on January 28, 2009 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Fredericton in 1987, he was a son of H. Ann (Dunphy) Thurrott and the late William C. Thurrott. Evan had a gentle personality and he loved music. He was a self-taught and gifted musician. Evan loved animals and they loved him. He enjoyed cooking and creative drawing.

Evan is survived by his mother, Ann Thurrott, Keswick Ridge; a sister, Mary Thurrott, Keswick Ridge; a brother, Michael Thurrott (Mellissa), Nackawic; aunts and uncles, Mary Lou and Eugene Price, Keswick Ridge, Stephen and Kathy Thurrott, Vincent and Paola Thurrott , Laura Lee and Michael Hemming, all of Fredericton, Brad and Carol Norrad, Ontario; his step-grandmother, Kay Thurrott, Fredericton and several cousins.

Evan was predeceased by his father in 2005.

Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from St. Clement’s Anglican Church, 6831 Route 102, Dumfries on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 2 p.m. with Archdeacon John Sharp, Rev. Canon Elaine Hamilton and Rev. Maryanne Langmaid officiating. Interment will be later at All Saints Anglican Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Thurrott, Vincent Thurrott, Trevor Thurrott, Sean Hemming, David Thurrott and Sarah Price.
